Orders

Ordering from the Butik is simple, browse through our collections and choose the item, colour and size then click ‘Buy Now’ and your order will go into your Basket. The Basket is always visible on the home page so you can add and remove items at
any time. Postage will be added to your order automatically.
Follow through to the secure payment page and select your method of payment.
If an item is out of stock we will contact you straight away with an anticipated delivery time and give you the option to either cancel it or choose another item. If, after submitting your order, you wish to cancel an item or the whole order, please contact us via the contact page. If not already dispatched, your order will be cancelled and your payment card refunded.
All prices may be subject to change without notice.

Returns

Any items you wish to return must be sent back to us unused, in original condition and in their original packaging and with all swing tags attached as well as a copy of your invoice within 7 working days of receipt of order. If you’d like a different colour or size this will be sent out to you as soon as we receive the returned goods, send us an email and we will hold the item(s) for you. (Please contact us first to check availability). If you have received an item as a gift and would like to exchange it, please contact us.

We check all items that come into us to ensure the highest quality but if your item is faulty please send it back to us and we will refund the cost of postage, exchange the item whenever possible, or offer a full refund.
Please ensure that when sending anything back to us you ask for certificate of posting.

Delivery costs

We try to keep all delivery costs to a minimum but we want to ensure that all deliveries are sent to you in a safe and secure manner. The fixed rate is £4.50 Royal Mail recorded delivery. Postage is free for orders over £50.00.. If you have been waiting for longer than 5 working days please contact us with your address and order number and we will look into it straight away. You should always receive your delivery 2-3 days after purchase. 

International orders are at a fixed rate of £12.00 for under 2kg. ( approximately 10 pieces of clothing ) If your order is over 2kg we will contact you and let you know the additional cost.
